Smart Bikes are the next evolution of Public-Use Bicycles or PUBs. PUBs are a remarkable example of an increasingly successful and sustainable concept that is helping to solve many urban problems, such as vehicular pollution and traffic congestion, while providing an efficient means of transportation, decreasing the need for parking, and improving the local quality of life.
